Therefore, anyone who is an A&M fan is lowered a few points in my dating score card and I flat out refuse to date anyone who is a fan of the New Orleans Saints. Is that bad? Though to be fair it is for there own safety, I would hate to punch a woman when she says "Geux Saints" or "WHO DAT!". And I would certainly punch her.Mr. Xhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13641134413088618686noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7886049019744025676.post-4360287709752652792010-09-11T23:05:00.000-07:002010-09-11T23:05:04.979-07:00Double your pleasureSo I haven't posted much because well nothing has been happening. That has changed, out of the blue two girls emailed me saying hi. Things look promising, hopefully I will go out on a date with one or both of them (not at the same time of course, I mean I would be fine with that but they might not be).Mr. Xhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13641134413088618686noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7886049019744025676.post-7590124284032989192010-08-24T10:52:00.000-07:002010-08-24T10:52:30.230-07:00What I don't get*So I understand if I send a woman a message and she isn't interested and doesn't respond. That makes sense, it is a bit rude but hey, no big deal.

Now when she emails me saying hello, then never responds after I message her back, well that pisses me off. How does that make any sense?

End of my rant for the day...
I called her and she never called me back. Oh well, on to the next one.

Apologies for this blog not being more interesting, my love life isn't that exciting. Now I am interested in a non online person, but apparently I am "too available" so she isn't sure she is interested in me.Mr. Xhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13641134413088618686noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7886049019744025676.post-16030031691731153412010-08-04T19:41:00.000-07:002010-08-04T19:41:12.757-07:00Well that was funSo I went out with the lovely #2 tonight and had a good time. She is very pretty, in good shape and we had good conversation. I didn't feel a burning passion between us but who knows what will develop. I certainly would like another date.

I invited her to join some friends and I friday night but unfortunately she already had plans, we will see when she is available next, or if she was just blowing me off.Mr. Xhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13641134413088618686noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7886049019744025676.post-40080504126723992862010-07-29T08:30:00.000-07:002010-07-29T08:30:22.990-07:00Number 2 pre-dateSo tonight Ms. #2 and I will go on a romantic date... Well I don't know how romantic it is (just mexican food) but it is a date. We just have dinner planned so it will just be a "meet and great" for the most part but I like that, having to plan something big and fancy for a blind date can be awkward and expensive. Post date blog will follow.

I still am rating my daily matches and sending a few emails though the pace has slowed, for several reasons: Becoming busier then usual, talking to #2 and frustration with lack of responses. A friend just joined the same dating site and wow, women get a lot more attention then men do.Mr. Xhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13641134413088618686noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7886049019744025676.post-50682391176946856762010-07-22T10:34:00.000-07:002010-07-22T10:34:10.067-07:00Number 2A few days ago someone we will refer to as #2 said she was interested. I wasn't sure I was for some unknown reason but I emailed her and she responded. She is a brunette with a killer smile who works in the healthcare industry. Hmmm, that is two brunettes in a row, I need to find a blonde or redhead to spice things up.

As a side note, I sent a "thanks but no thanks" to email to #1 last night, no response but hopefully she felt the same way.Mr. Xhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13641134413088618686noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7886049019744025676.post-8308604437244082282010-07-20T01:05:00.000-07:002010-07-20T01:05:35.403-07:00Post date summarySo I promised someone I would make this post exciting and hilarious but that actually would be quite difficult.

The date consisted of me arriving a few minutes early to find her already waiting. We ate some mediocre Mexican food, and had good conversation. She was cute and nice and although I talked to much I avoided saying anything too stupid and embarrassing. I have no specific reason, but I don't think we will be going out again. In fact I need to find a way to politely tell her so, I guess since we met online an email will suffice. I will actually write it though, not use a form letter then website provides.

On a much more entertaining note, the website matched me with someone I actually know in real life today, and actually would be interested in dating. Of course she doesn't feel the same way, but if anything happened I would *not* blog about it here.

Maybe I will find another more horrifying and entertaining date soon.Mr. Xhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13641134413088618686noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7886049019744025676.post-3340220186534481632010-07-19T14:22:00.000-07:002010-07-19T14:22:29.699-07:00I got asked outSo in a twist of fate, #1 asked me out for dinner Sunday. I thought I was going to have to make the first move but she was bold and asked me out, which is a definite turn on. Sadly I already had plans so now we are going out tonight.

Here is hoping to a fun, non awkward date, though if it is horrible the follow up blog will be much more entertaining.Mr. Xhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13641134413088618686noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7886049019744025676.post-10688161828844413612010-07-17T01:20:00.000-07:002010-07-17T01:20:06.801-07:00Number 1I got my first email back today from a very nice young lady we will just call #1, unless someone has a better way anonymizing names. She is a brunette, a teacher and seems nice. Hopefully we will keep talking and see where things go.Mr. Xhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13641134413088618686noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7886049019744025676.post-33247030728246274812010-07-14T10:23:00.001-07:002010-07-14T10:30:36.982-07:00I feel shallowSo this website presents you with 5 members a day that you rate how interested you are. If you are interested it lets them know, and if they are interested as well then I guess you are supposed to email eachother or make babies or something.

So last night I am rating mine, first four are fairly attractive so I say yes, then the last one I had to click no. And it made me feel so shallow, not because she was un-attractive (she was) but she was in a wheelchair and talking about how whoever she dated had to be willing to help her in and out of it. I wish her the best, but yeah not a chance in hell I am gonna date her.

Another girl had "winked" at me and at first glance I thought she was cute, then I noticed the warning sign: She just had pictures of her face. Not just one, but like 5 pictures of her face, or her lieing on her stomach. Here is a hint, if the person you are talking to only has face photos, they are a fattie. Sorry.

And finally, I skipped someone from the same town my dad lives in because I just never ever want to go there.

Yup, guess I am shallow.
Mr. Xhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13641134413088618686noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7886049019744025676.post-81475603297245093242010-07-13T10:35:00.001-07:002010-07-13T10:37:56.444-07:00SpamThat was fast, it didn't even take 24 hrs before my first spam message appeared. It was so poorly worded I can't imagine anyone actually falling for it. Of course people do fall for it, which I guess should shake my faith in humanity.

So far 52 people have viewed my profile, and I sent a message to one lady who said she was "interested". Hopefully my new photos will help class up my profile.Mr. Xhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13641134413088618686noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7886049019744025676.post-38694377876833451742010-07-12T18:46:00.000-07:002010-07-12T18:48:39.599-07:00And so it beginsSo I just took the plunge, I signed up for a popular online dating site. My profile still needs some work, and I definitely could use some better pictures, but I am there.

Not only am I there, but I actually subscribed for 6 months. Nothing like subscribing for 6 months to show your faith in finding love.Mr. Xhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13641134413088618686noreply@blogger.com1
